  • Appoint Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children’s Commissioner roles in each State/Territory
  • Develop a reporting framework that addresses the health needs of Indigenous children and young people involved with care and protection services
  • Raise the age of criminal responsibility from 10 to 14 years of age to protect the health and wellbeing of children  in every State/Territory
